Southwest Hungary’s Nagykanizsa is about to kick off a HUF 1.6-billion investment repairing its road network.

The investment is the first stage of the city’s rehabilitation program. The municipality has just recently signed a contract with NK-VR Konzorcium, the winner of the public procurement tender called to find a contractor.

Of the total budget, nearly HUF 900 million was provided from the region’s development program in non-refundable grants. (MTI)
