Aufwind starts building biggest biogas plant in Hungary

The Hungarian unit of Germany's Aufwind Neue Energien on Friday laid the cornerstone of a HUF 3.9 billion biogas plant - the country's biggest - in Szarvas (SE Hungary).

Construction of the 4.2MW plant is supported by HUF 500m in European Union and government funding. The plant is to be completed in less than a year. (MTI-Econews)
